For executives, engineers, and managers who plan, execute, and control large, complex projects. The curriculum covers the full project lifecycle with a consistent focus on EPC delivery models and real-world project challenges. 6. Primavera P6 Training

EPC-focused Primavera P6 training that builds real project scheduling and control capability, not just basic software familiarity. The curriculum runs from WBS setup through resource loading, baseline management, earned value analysis, and delay analysis. Core topics include P6 project structure, WBS development, activity creation and logic, Critical Path Method, resource and cost loading, baseline management, progress updating and EVM, and advanced reporting and delay analysis. How We Design Your Corporate Training Programme

Step 1: Needs Assessment

We begin with a structured conversation with your L&D lead, department head, or HR team. We cover your project environment, the roles being trained, current skill levels, and the specific competency gaps you want to close. Where possible, we review sample contracts or previous training feedback to further calibrate the content.
